Sarawak Ko Lo mee is the new kid on the block, having just made its debut several years ago in lang Valley. So my take on it is that it is a liitle sweet for my taste. My high points are certainly for the way it is presented and I think taste wise it was good. But what actually makes an awesome bowl of Ko Lo mee, I have not yet discover.

This bowl of noodles was ok, but certainly lacking in presentation. The bowl on the outside was painted black and started to chip around the rim, so it looks the way it does. Noodles wise it is above average.

I did enjoy this bowl because the soup is tasty and the onion and garlic oil makes it very appetizing. However it is certainly is not the best bowl of Pork Noodles I've had. Also, this particular bowl lacks  ingredients and seems very plain. Taste wise it is good.

Opening times : Breakfast and Lunch (I think dinner too)

The stall is called Robert's Penang Char Keuy Teow, but there are numerous same named stalls around PJ so I am not too sure which is original or maybe their 'sifu' was Robert. This particular stall is one of our favorites. Dry, light coloured and lots of Chinese sausage and prawns, but always a bit of a wait to get your plate. Served on a banana leaf is a nice touch too.

Not exactly the famous Seremban style beef noodles, but this bowl does it for me when I am craving something light and tasty. Picture shown is option with beef balls only, but you can have mixed with meat and tripe. This noodle broth is made with white raddish (daikon) and lots of coriander which is my favorite too. I have yet to find similar beef noodles around Klang Valley, but maybe have not explored enough.

We've been eating at this stall for a long time. Previously the father was working here but since a few years ago the son and wife has taken over. My brother is a big fan of this stall and would only have this bowl (the large size) when we come here to eat. I feel that it tasted a whole lot better when the father was running it although everything was a little oilier (including the man himself!). But still taste wise it is great as I love the fried garlic that really gives this type of Keuy Teow T'ng it's identity. As I mentioned it is less oily so it does taste clean against the palate and you don't feel oily all over when you are done. This is Penang style Keuy Teow T'ng without intestines and blood jelly. Although I like this stall's noodles, I always feel something is missing.
